The team there are second to none and we are secure in the knowledge that Mum is in safe and caring hands at all times from all members of staff. There is a real family atmosphere at TKH and the teams communication with family is outstanding. Huge gratitude to each team member for enabling us to know that Mum is looked after and loved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My aunt joined the TKH family during the first Covid lockdown. The staff are cheerful and kind and provide a supportive environment for both residents and their families. Any events or health issues of concern have also been reported promptly. Recommended

TKH is a lovely, clean and homely care facility that is now my mums new home. I have never experienced any bad odours, or any dissarray whenever I have visited. The staff are very considerate and caring. It has an air of calmness. I love the library!!! And the views from the lounge!! Mums room looks out to a green outdoor atrium and she has a couple if her plants out in the balcony. We were allowed to fill her room with her own personal special things, to make it even more homely for her. - The staff and management have been very informative and fantastic over the Covid difficult times.
Hats off to them.
Thanks to all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terence Kennedy House feels like a home, rather than a hospital. The staff are very caring and friendly, and super dedicated to the residents. Despite the impact of Covid every effort has been made to ensure family can stay connected to residents. The food looks amazing too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my parents are residents at TKH where they are well looked after by the caring staff. They each have a warm, comfortable room and nutritious meals. The highlight of the week for mum and dad, is the Friday treat of fish and chips for lunch. I'm always made to feel welcome when I visit and I receive regular health updates on mum and dad. It's reassuring to know my parents are getting the specialised care they need and are in good hands at Terence Kennedy House.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terence Kennedy House is a place where my Mum has been cared for and looked after. The staff -ALL-of them. Are welcoming, genuine people. Who, in each, of their interactions with Mum, make my Mum's life easier for her. As a family we are kept updated with Mum's care and needs and on no occasion has any question or concern been ignored or left unaddressed.
I have never regretted the decision to sit down with Lisa Jones and discuss what I wanted for our Mum. TKH is a place where you KNOW your loved one is really, genuinely cared for.
