As a loyal and regular customer i have always been happy with the service and hair quality i received at Tg Hairdressing, but this has unfortunately changed when i expressed concerns regarding my hair colour and regrowth ten days after my initial treatment. Another hair appointment was made (now two weeks after my initial treatment) and my hair was closely inspected. I discussed with my stylist that i had found my hair colour had dramatically changed to an obvious gold and brass-copper tone with gold highlights and was nothing like what i had when i initially walked out of the salon. A conclusion was made by the stylist that the sole reason behind my hair turning this way was because of a box hair dye that i had applied on 3rd November 2014 and that i was completely at fault for why the reason my hair was this colour now. I was told that the gold tones will 'sometimes show' at a much later date from applying a box hair dye and that when my professional hair colour 'fades' the box dye will begin to show through even though i noticed these changes in my hair a little after a week of my last hair treatment at Tg Hairdressing. I understand there are repercussions with applying box hair dye and also take into account the time it takes to fix over a number of professional hair appointments. I was more than happy to go through with these sessions with Tg Hairdressings help and have originally done so before when i first visited them over a year ago with no problems. But upon my last visit i felt my hair had taken a step back. Only ten days after my last visit i noticed my hair colour had dramatically changed. Strong Brass and gold-coppery tones appeared with highlights of gold. The blame has completely been put on the box dye, yet i have had two hair appointments since November 2014 and did not have this problem previously. I have sourced many other professional opinions which agree that my expectations as a client have not been met and that the box hair dye can not even be justified as the only reason why my hair has turned this colour, especially since my last treatment was only a little after a week that i noticed these dramatic changes. Overall I feel disappointed in Tg Hairdressing. As a client my expectations have not been met. I am also surprised by the way i have been treated and made to feel as if i am solely the one at fault. A real let down by Tg Hairdressing.
