Your two execuses don't make sense at all.
For your first execuse,
Usually people prefer to go to other massage shop if they are not satisfied with something as they don't want to make argument. What will I get from making complainment about your dishonesty? 10mins longer massage next time?
For your second execuse,
I always arrived at your shop 5mins earlier.
There is no possibility that I got shorter massage as I was late as I mentioned 'She always massage 10mins shorter'.
If you massaged 10mins shorter everytime as I was late 10mins, you should've notified before you doing 10mins shorter massage.
People will prefer to cancel if they know they will get shorter massage if they are late.

I then informed her again and she flipped speaking to disrespectfully and then to top it off I got my ear talked off and hardly massaged it’s the worst experience I have ever had soo disappointed and disgusted in her behaviour
