β β β β β Always long queues and 1 or 2 staff on. Often get spoken to as if we're children and they get really annoyed when asking for your counter mail. I guess they are annoyed they'll be shut down and all lose their jobs. NZ Post can't get it through their thick heads that their constant price increases and bad service is what is killing them off.
