Didn't tell us any terms, was rude on the phone and via text which has resulted in us having a large bill with nothing to show for it and little explanation. How he is surviving in business goodness only knows! Use someone else if you have to, this guy is dodgy with a capital D!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After experiencing a pretty harrowing ordeal in a car crash, in which I lost control of my mum’s vehicle slipping on some wet diesel, resulting in the car flipping into a ditch in the middle of nowhere. The cops called this towing company.
I am so thank for for the kindness and support of strangers that helped retrieve the majority of my belongings to accompany me in the ambulance to the hospital.
However, I was still missing some items, and when I contacted this company about the possibility of looking at the wreckage and recovering the other items to courier (at my cost) they asked me to send an email with an itemised list.
Those emails were ignored, and they were not interested in helping me get my items across the country.
A little bit of kindness goes a long way - and Thames Towing showed no kindness, not even if I paid for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called out the AA towing service when I broke down in Morrinsville. Steve was the towie and new owner of the business that came to collect my car and get it back to Thames. He was super polite and extremely helpful and I cannot rate his service high enough. He went out of his way to ensure that I got home safely and my vehicle was delivered to the mechanic the following morning. What a difference Steve has made to this business from the previous owner. Couldn't rate them highly enough!
