★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little shop on the 309. A must if you want reasonably priced Manuka Honey. Loved the “honour system” for sales, though the owner quickly showed up to offer some sampling of the types of honey. Should you make the stop, be sure to say hi to the dogs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely stop on road 309! We popped in just because it was on our way. Didn’t have any NZ $ on us so the owner suggested that we mail him the money when we get to Auckland! I remembered that I had some Aussie dollars and he was happy to take that as payment. We were happy to leave with a jar of honey blend - DELICIOUS!
