★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 13yr old down for a hair cut and he told the hairdresser that he wanted it trimmed and use scissors on top. She got out the clippers and shaved a number 3 all over. Very upset boy who has been in tears ever since. Told him "aww well it's to late now" when he asked her to stop
