★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so discussed with the service this afternoon, after taking my 88 year old mum to an appointment today she said that she would like something to eat so we called in, the young girl clearing the tables was lovely, we were the only one's at rhe counter my mum with her walking stick. The older lader and younger one was behind the counter talking and laughing so we ended up walking out the older lady was very nasty to us when I said we had been waiting for 5 minutes she said that we were over excagertaing,, my mum who can not stand for very long was horrified and so was I. I feel that she needs to go on a customer service course to learn how to treat customers. 4 other customers that were seated locked in shock with disbelief....
