★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cake and customer service. Me and my friends felt sick after having a pre-ordered cake. I doubt the cake was not fresh. Got my money refund after a long discussion and returning cake but why wasting time and effort and suffer so much. Informed council but we were a little late in doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the Fruit flan which I have bought from multiple other Cheesecake shops but this one was a disappointment. Between a bad cake to cream ratio, lack of fruit and disgusting thick jelly on the top I am really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, ordered a cake online with a picture I found on the internet, the cake was made as ordered and I was advised the colour may not be exact but the result was just great, tasty cake well decorated, would highly recommend and would use again. All communication was done via email and phone as I live in a different town, no issues at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my favorite strawberry cake for my birthday from my regular birkenhead shop..Even told the lady serving me that it doesn't look like usual with lots of strawberry. She said she could fix it & all she did was turn some upside down.
It's a shame that its strawberry season but we get half complete sorry looking cakes for $46/-. Hubby saved the day by getting a large punnet of strawberries for $2 from the local countdown.
All we needed was perhaps few more strawberries to complete the look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought chocolate mint cake for my birthday and they just gave the one sitting in cabnet for how long it was there, truly dissapointing as the cake was obviously dry,old and didnt taste fresh.would have been better to buy new world cake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tried the eggless double choc strawberry torte and was impressed, it tastes great though it’s a bit pricy considering it’s eggless. it was freshly baked and had the perfect level of sweetness.
cookies and cream cheesecake was also lovely as usual.
also bought a quarter of the cookies and cream cheesecake which i was disappointed to see it doesn’t come with the cream and chocolate on top as expected from the pictures :(
