★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a cake from Onehuang mall last week,There was an unidentified object in the cake. I brought it back to the store and showed it to them。
The store manager asked me if I had a receipt? I wonder how many people have a receipt for a cake or a cup of coffee? Maybe it's better to ask if you' ve paid in cash or on a card。He said it wasn't hair or nails found in the cake, so he was n' t sure where it came from, and their police was I could choose a refund or give me another cake.He said they would only refund me 50% of the cake if something like this happened at another store, but they would return 100% of the cake。How generous you are ！！！
Even if you buy a hair dryer, you will get a new one from the store during the warranty period, but this is not a thing, this is food。For the first time, I don't know what the other stores will do, but I'm very dissatisfied with the way I only refund or give a new cake.
As a manager, he should have the ability to handle emergencies properly. Obviously, he doesn't have that ability, or he only has the ability to make cakes。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally order cakes from the higher end boutique establishment but needed one in a hurry. I didn't have high expectations and ordered the rainbow cake. It turned out to be one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. Light not sickly sweet, moist with a light vanilla cream, delicious .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy your Cake online If you need it the next day because it takes awhile to get it process, however the Manager Aman Narang was very helpful, well spoken and polite, that has shown me that he cares about the customer and has passion in what he does, Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided a few sweet treats were in order for our in-house Xmas BBQ this year, so tried the Cheesecake shop for the first time. Absolutely sensational. The Passionfruit Cheesecake and the Dressed Pavalova were huge hits, and the Lemon Meringue pie came a very close 3rd. All round podium winners!! Ordered a few days prior, and collection was easy. Had to email for a tax invoice (as didn't get one automatically ordering on line) but that was sent through in no time. Great service and epically good cakes!
