★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know how sometimes people really go the extra mile and it makes you smile? Well, I have a massive smile on my face at the moment. I contacted The Coffee Doctors in search for a part for my coffee machine. Although it wasn't a brand that they work with (another company has sole distribution), the lovely man at at the Coffee Doctors answered my call promptly, contacted another company in case they were able to source the part, even tried to track down a used part for me. Amazing service. The effort they put in for a small part, for a person who isn't a customer, and lives hundreds of km's away from their business, really made my day.
