The Digital Darkroom is a professional photographic and digital imaging studio. We are a low volume, high quality print studio offering a range of digital print and photographic services, specialising in prints on photographic and fine-art papers. Our mission is to do simple printing well. We don’t print on glass, plastic, acrylic, wood, corrugated iron, t-shirts. We do print on a selected range of luxurious, high quality fine art and photographic papers that we know will bring out the best in your images and will endure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to these guys and provided artwork on a Mon 11 Nov. Said they would get back to me in the next day or two. Didn't hear back so I called them again on Thurs. They apologized and said they would get back to me that afternoon with a quote. 6 weeks later and no callback, no email, nothing. Went to another company and got my print back the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment, advised I wanted to work with them on the look of some prints, get there, they have difficulty opening prints, tell me twice they are not RAW (they were), 15 mins later, still trying to view a DNG file - while not usual to have one of these, have had no trouble with other business. I was frustrated,. John asked to make another appointment, as he had another client in the shop. Told him I had specifically emailed what I wanted, for the third time. He told me to leave, so I did. Essentially not sure he knows what he is doing computer wise.. best option is to not waste my money or time
