★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service. Cut my hand got it sorted got told to come back for a Saturday follow up dressing change. All went well till I went to square it up. they wanted 60 for it . Even though I did not see a doctor ONLY a nurse. And only 5mins if that. I got told by front counter that doctors are on time and a half on weekends . I was not told before hand ABOUT THE HUGE INCREASE IN RATES . I refused to pay but after a bitter few weeks of back and forth. I ended up forking out the cash. They are not professionals .they are nothing more than a bunch of criminals. I would not recommend using this center I'd rather let my hand root than be taken advantage of in this manner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told us to come for a dressing change Saturday (followup appointment) charged us 80 dollars for dressing change. Agreed to drop the bill on the day and sent $80 invoice in mail. Dropped bill again after meeting with them. Falsified an appointment that was not cancelled and charged $60 for missed appointments. Absolutely disgusting practice.
Nurse is absolutely lovely though.
Ultimately treatment by this practice has left me and my partner with disgust, and have avoided visiting, at risk to our own health as the counter staff are untrustworthy and unwelcoming.

Never available when you need an appointment. Reception not helpful at all. You can tell that they really not dont care. Not really trying to help sick people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude receptionist like she dont care! its not Eva she is lovely everytime she answers, at least she try's to be helpful and sounds like she cares. Was 5 to 8 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment and Its a serious thing I needed to see the doctor for!!. 5 mins of that I was waiting in the carpark cos I wasnt sure if I was allowed to go in because of the red alert system. Place hasn't been the same since Dr Somerton left he was the man! as for your receptionist, you know who you are! You rubbish, I am changing doctors

I had asked for a text reminder of an phone appointment 2 weeks away was advised by her to put my adult pants on and write it in my diary as they don't do text reminders because patients were turning up to their clinic, one would think they'd change the format of their text reminders so clients would know it's a phone consult not in clinic. Its common practice to inform a claimant before their appointment that they impose an acc surcharge. Nicky was forthcoming in whinging about paitents turning up un-invited to her clinic but failed to advise that, next thing Im sent a nasty bill. Seems covid is a excuse to do ya work over a 5 min phone call fleece ya paitents and be incredibly rude to them. Shesh what is the world coming to
