★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor gave me drops for wax build-up so he could see into my sore ears. I ended up with a very painful infection. The ear clinic removed the wax in just minutes and helped me to get specialist advice. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a full ear suction and cleaning treatment but was advised it wasn't required - a quick check showed my outer ear canals were clean and it was an inner ear issue that could not be resolved at this clinic. I was in the room for less than 5 minutes but was promptly charged $40 or in proportion $480/hr (full service was meant to be $58). Bit shocked and in hindsight I should have challenged the charge - usually don't write reviews but this deserves one. Hopefully this is a warning for future customers of a similar nature to be treated better.
