★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get him back twice because of poor workmanship. I still have to put a mat over the tiles because one sticks up above the rest. I asked him why, when he determined that there was a raised area below it he didn't grind it off instead of just putting the tile back, he said he doesn't bother carrying tools round with him. If he'd stopped & told me I could have done it myself in 2 minutes. I ended up finishing the other grouting work myself. Basically he seemed interested in doing the job and getting out the door as fast as possible, and he isn't cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jake was very helpful for our problem - called him to restore our shower and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Really pleased with the job. He also helped to diagnose another unrelated issue with out plumbing. This guy knows what he is doing.

I got three companies in to quote for re-grouting the floor of our shower and clean all the grout lines and walls so the shower would look pristine. Jake didn't bowl on up in a fancy truck but what he did have was extensive knowledge on what was required to do the job right. I was impressed, the other companies not so much, who I thought couldn't be bothered with a smallish job. They were in and out in a flash. Jake is an honest hard working guy who I can say has done a marvelous job doing our shower. Derrick Hodgson

He gave us really sound advice and clearly is an expert in his field. He has high standards of workmanship and did a superb job of re-grouting our tiles. We would definitely use him again for future tile restoration work!
