β β β β β i have been in Taumarunui only a few weeks when i went in to see what their arrangements were with me signing up for a doctor. Iwas shocked immediately by the 2 women at the counter they were rude abrupt and treated me as thou they couldnt be bothered, past a form over and said fill it in but realize you cant see a doctor as we are booked in advance you have to see a nurse then if she thinks its important she may call the doctor to see you but we cant say he will. When i asked a few questions concerning this they told me if you dont like the arrangements here you can go up the hill.then went back to what hey were talking about. I cannot understand their treatment and rudeness .i am a pensioner and couldnt imagine women my own age treating a pensioner in this manner
