Brought my car in for a check as the transmission was not working correctly, charged my 100$ to plug it in for diagnostics (which is fine), supposedly found the issue and they’d source the part and install it, then when I called back to book it in for repairs (they said they’d source). I was told I need to bring it in and put it in a lift for more investigation which would cost more $.
Whole experience felt shady - plenty of other trustworthy companies in Christchurch, I’d go to first.

I run a commercial vehicle driving approximately 400kms per day, the transmission gets a hard continuous workout. I dropped it in on Saturday morning for a service and it came back driving better than when it was new!!
No problem recommending their knowledge and professionalism. Will be going back!!

While Pete listened to our long winding list of problems/experiences of our car, he can easily relay to each of the descriptions as easy as connecting the dots - and spent quality time explaining what was needed. My son and I were both relieved back then for you were the 3rd company we had been through.
