Not only did a gain great skills in Customer service, Iearn how to write good cover letters and a good CV, I also gained confidence and a greater sense of direction for myself. I found the course and training offered insightful, challenging but so incredibly beneficial. It was well organised, fantastically delivered, and the content I have found to be incredibly relevant for not only job interviews but the work place. Ive found what I've learnt has helped me in many situations in life as well as work. Incredibly helpful and supportive people, during and after the course. I can't recommend this company and their courses and training enough, absolutely amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just completed the Christchurch April 2020 course it's by far the best experience I have had in my life, coming on this course I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. Both Jacqui and Ruth are the most awesome people to run such a awesome Company. I 100% recommend this course it has helped me a lot and I know they are there with me now on my journey to get a job I enjoy. If you are like me who struggles to talk about yourself has no confidence I recommend this course, I came out on top of this course doing things I thought I would never accomplish in life in saying that I would have not done it without 2 beautiful tutors and a beautiful supportive group :)
