β β β β β This butcher prides itself on its excellence and generally their stuff is very good but their "cat food" is just pure fat and they sold me some bones for soup which had not been smoked and were unuseable. In other words they like to maximise their profits.

β β β β β Got some BBQ beef skews, and they just awful. First of all it's 30NZD per kilo, which is ok, but cuts are rump very dry and way too salty.
It's marketed as BBQ but it has nothing to do with BBQ sauce.
Very disappointing with price/cuts/quality.

β β β β β Great friendly local butcher. Everything here is free-range and they are happy to tare and fill your own containers. Cuts are quality (as reflected in the price). They have the best, low-fat mince, and a great range of sausages.

β β β β β For someone who likes meat I rate this place poorly. Itβs not even good meat. Went in over covid and the owner had a silly set up with a small cardboard sign on front to txt him orders. Incredibly Mickey Mouse and when I opened the door to ask how it works the owner told me to βread my sign.β Guys an absolute tool. I left promptly for new world.
