★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Dean for his prompt arrival when my hot water cylinder started leaking. He has excellent product knowledge and knew which cylinder was the right one for my house. It's perfectly installed and the water pressure is now better than it was before. Because of his plumbing experience he also fixed another problem which saved me replacing a tap. An all round reliable nice guy you can rely on to do a good job at a good price.

Dean communicated with me over text on late evening and came in the following Monday to inspect the job, he quoted the very next day and two days after he came in installed an outdoor HWC and removed the old indoor HWC from our family home. This whole process was seamless. I don't think I would have found someone else this professional and thorough with their job. Dean's work is second to none. Thank you so much for getting us sorted. He asked for images of the problem, I sent them through the email, and he sent back a diagnosis that same day. He also said that he could come to do the job the next day. He understood the issue straight away, and completed the needed replacement and adjustments professionally and efficiently, with quality work. He's a very experienced and a very knowledgeable plumber. Would definitely go to him again for future plumbing!
