★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic after deciding my life needed to change. I lost my daughter 5 years ago and since then haven't carried much about anything. My weight has ballooned and my eating habits are atrocious. I have had hypnosis before in dealing with my daughters death and it was good so thought I will try again.
Well 3 months have passed it is the Christmas season. My weight is still going down. And I have lost over 3 Kilo's. My main change is drinking water. I make healthy eating choices without a second thought. Yes I have had a good share of Christmas treats but probably half what I did last year. My exercise is next to tackle although with the new energy I have my garden has never looked so lovely.
Juliette I have so much to thank you for. My life has turned a big corner. I am so happy I came to see you. And now I will be able to play those games with my wee grandson and not feel puffed and sick. Thank you Thank you Thank you

I had the Gastro Band sessions and have to date lost 15kg and exercising heaps compared to in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved working with Juliette. I felt differently almost straight away, it was amazing! I'll admit I was slightly sceptical but that went out the window pretty quickly. The changes I've made and the decisions I make on a daily basis are so effortless, I eat so much less now. I also love that I don't really have to actually cut anything out of my diet. I still get hungry on my long 10hour night shifts but drinking more water and just a piece of fruit is more than enough in-between meals. It has been so much easier and generally better than I initially thought. The recordings are a fantastic bonus that I listen to everyday and keep me motivated to stay on track.

Juliette is incredibly easy to talk and and very supportive. I was skeptical about whether this would work for me but after the first session my appetite and eating habits changed immediately. She also sends through recordings for you to listen to each day or night to assist with the journey.
I would 100% recommend Transform Hypnotherapy to anyone.

Juliette suggested that I would need only x 1 session but I booked 2 as was feeling desperate about my sleep deprivation. Juliette was absolutely right - I slept soundly after the first session and have continued to do so since. The environment in which the session takes place is peaceful and private. Juliette is extremely professional and I felt very safe in her hands. This is the first time I have ever been hypnotised - its an enlightening experience and nothing like the commercial staged stuff you see on TV. I do highly recommend Juliette Harris and the science of hypnotherapy (:
