★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a dirt bike crash, I have suffered from severe back pain for the past 3 years. Tried EVERYTHING to minimise the pain but always had to resort back to pain relief medication.
A friend of mine referred me to Carole, I was VERY skeptical about hypnotherapy, but because I had tried almost everything else I thought I may as well try this.
I went for 1 session. It was easy, I arrived, I sat and listened for 20-30 mins. I didn't fall asleep, didn't feel "hypnotised" and really didn't think anything had worked.
I was wrong... I saw a DEFINITE decrease in the amount of pain I was used to. If I had to put a number on it, my back pain is less than half.
I have reduced the amount of meds I am taking (it takes awhile to wean off) and hope to be med free by the end of the year.
I'm not cranky at the Mrs or kids anymore and I am enjoying life again.
I would recommend ANYONE looking for pain management to try it out!
