Product good
Service good
3 of the 2 kilo bags weigh light by 200 grams.
If customers cant trust you to provide correct weight then customers wont stay.
You should always be slightly over or very close to weight purchased.
Given you have to prepay nothing you can do.

β β β β β Was very disappointed. I called to check pricing. First someone said $8.50kg then straight away discounted to $9.00 I said I want to buy a big quantity said ok will do $8 cleaned and cut. But when went to pay for it they totally changed went back to previous price. Said i never said for any special. They wouldn't have got rich with that small amount and neither would have us but the way they spoke it wasn't nice. No good customer service. ?
