★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had these guys design and build our kitchen, laundry, office, walk-in wardrobe and 2x double wardrobes in our house which I have been renovating.
I removed the old kitchen then got quotes from 3x kitchen companies. We went with these guys because they could do more i.e. not just the kitchen, and would do it all as a package deal. They were also the most flexible, and the only company that said "Yes" or "Yes but we have to do it like this to do it properly" to all of our list of demands.
One was to have no wasted space, every nook and cranny is functional.
The biggest demand though, was a to have a hidden door going to a current door that could not be removed (leads to a self contained unit). The other companies either didn't even include it in their proposed design or said it couldn't be done reliably. The Kitchen Designers had a different attitude though, they saw it as a challenge and instead of putting it in the too hard basket, they worked with me to come up with a robust solution that looks great (I just had to build a bit of extra wall, not a big deal!).
We got to participate in the design stage, where all our ideas were incorporated.
Throughout, and quite a bit at the end of the build, if we weren't happy with anything, we had no problems voicing/emailing it and everything was sorted until we were absolutely happy. No arguing or anything, they were happy to do what we felt was needed.
The guys working on the job were exceptionally well mannered and communicated with us regularly. They also came up with some neat ideas on the fly, giving us some cool extra features.
Overall excellent value, especially considering the quality of the materials used.
