We managed to find a place privately and they sorted all the mortgage without a single hiccup. Highly recommend - they are all friendly, quick to respond to any queries etc and certainly know their stuff!
And we got a beautiful baby Pohutukawa tree to thank us for our service and congratulate us on the house purchase ??

We werent the easiest of buyers to deal with either, chopping and changing our minds, switching between new builds and existing houses to lifestyle blocks and back again! None of this was ever too much of a problem for Elyse and the mortgage girls however as they were always on the ball getting us pre-approved every step of the way for more than we could have imagined and always in a very timely manner! Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs a mortgage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing service from a mobile mortgage advisor at this company. She was cold and impersonal, she preferred email to phone calls even though she was awful at reading and responding to emails, and most shockingly of all she sent incorrect mortgage details to the bank prior to settlement which caused a massive stress as we had to scramble to get the CORRECT info sorted shortly before settlement. The saving grace was that our mortgage advisor was on leave in the weeks prior to the settlement time so someone competent was able to contact the bank to fix this. Totally unacceptable service, I regret going to this company.

I could do all forms on my phone, everything was quick and easy, all provided for me so I couldn’t forget a thing like I usually would.
