★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vins has been absolutely wonderful person to deal with since day 1. We went to him through a recommendation from a friend and wasn’t sure what to expect, but Vins reassured us and was able to explain clearly what he would provide and how he could help us achieve our goals. We initially were going to purchase our new build property in Christchurch, as an investment but decided as building delays and the covid situation in Auckland occurred, that we wanted it to be our first home.
We told Vins we had fully made our minds about moving and already had found new work in Christchurch. We had to change our entire application from an investment to a first home. Vins was great during the process even though he advised us not to do it as things could turn south. He was calm and understanding of the situation and told us he would do everything he possibly could to ensure we got our property. We know that we did put a lot of pressure on him, but he took every obstacle in strides and ran with it.
We would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a mortgage broker. We feel he took alot of the stress off our hands and at end of day gave us great advice regarding our mortgage management and helped us decide what was best for our situation.
