★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai réalisé plusieurs investissements locatifs avec TMG et je m'en mords amèrement les doigts... Loyers non réglés, charges de copropriété non payées, travaux non réalisés, propriétés laissées vacantes, rupture abusive de contrats... Au total plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'euros de perte! A EVITER ABSOLUMENT!
 I have made several rental investments with TMG and I bite my fingers bitterly ... Unpaid rents, unpaid condominium fees, unrealized work, properties left vacant, abusive breach of contracts ... In total several dozen thousands of euros of loss! ABSOLUTELY AVOID!
