β β β β β Streets are too crowded making Roads narrow to drive through. Home owners cars are parked on both sides of the road. Homes are nice but don't have adequate garage space or driveway space to park their cars in. Some homes have 4 cars. Four/Five bedroom homes have at least 3 to 4 adults living there and each have their cars. Homes should have 3 or 4 garage space or roads wider allowing parking space so cars can drive through.

Poor communication with the buyers. Keep delaying the completion date. Work like a snail and lots of lies.
