This is the second time I have had a package sitting in the invercargill branch for 5 days now. First time I contacted them and had to pick it up myself and they apologised and said they don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. The second time can’t even contact them and had to get main office to send them an email asking why the package has just been sitting there would not use them but the site I buy through uses skynet. Package only takes two days to get to NZ the wait is Invercargill just not delivering it. When you pay for express shipping each time as well it’s very fustrating!! This isn’t just a one off they have done this every time and to other people as well. If I could give them a zero I would.

When I track my parcel, it shown β€œ parcel delivered on Thursday 17/10”. But I didn’t get it . I rang them three times, and three different people just ask me to talk to the driver which would come soon and no one can explain what the Fxxx happened, I still not see the driver yet. I think the driver maybe liver in Auckland. The worst is a lady told me the driver would come to see you and let you know where is the parcel. It is ridiculous. How these people been trained.

Parcel been sent from Dunedin on Thursday but until now today Tuesday following week still not getting the parcels!! Rang number given on Google search to Invercargill branch ended up in Dunedin twice, but there was nice lady pick up the phone in no time then she'd transfer me to Invercargill branch...taking forever for a person to answer the phone! These people don't do weekend work and finished delivery before 3pm as need to head back to Invercargill by 3! What a f#@%, what about our products!!! There for days...not good enough and certainly will not use them again and will not recommend...seriously poor!

Hi, We again have been let down by your staff at the Invercargill branch. I understand that it is a busy time of year, but we are a business that has been affected by your inability to operate efficiently. When we tracked our parcel yesterday it was on Bluff couriers at 10am. We still havent received our items and after ringing bluff couriers (surprise surprise) its not on their courier. Over 28 hours later it is still not delivered to us and we rang again at 1.45pm to find out it is with a different courier and we could have picked it up this morning. They dont have a phone number for the courier driver (which I find hard to believe) and we have to wait until 4.30pm for our fabric to arrive. Today is our last day of business and now we have to work longer due to your staff’s inability to do their jobs properly. We will be advising both of our suppliers Reid and Twiname Ltd and Warwick fabrics ltd to use another courier company in the future. Am incredibly disappointed with the service you guys provide. We have had 2 previous courier drivers working for your company who understand the importance of deadlines and have delivered our goods as a priorirty but they have now resigned due to frustrations within your company. I will be rating your service online with this email.

It was a horror story, though it did work out in the end, just barely. #1 - 67% of the time no one answers their phones, at multiple branches. #2 - When you do get someone they are unfailingly friendly but do not follow through on what they say they will do! We needed to have an address of a package sent to us changed because it was taking soooo long to get to us and we were moving from town to town on our vacation. We we're told by two different people at different branches, including Invercargill, that the address would be changed but it never was. Also we were told by one service rep that she would email us with confirmation but never did. A rating of 1 would be generous except that the branch manager in Christchurch came through for us at the last minute so I will be generous and give them a 2. I worked in an office for 30 years. I know you can't always accommodate everyone but someone CAN always answer the phone.

Quick easy service as a receiver, Made requests for two packages to be collected direct from the depot, both times the request was quickly sorted and politely handed over at the office

very poor service in answering phone , over 30 mins waiting . delivery driver left parcels at wrong address and in the rain soaking 2 cartons of bags , when instructed to leave at instructed place
