★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service I've ever used. 3 weeks since package left Auckland on its way to Tauranga. Arrives in Tauranga 3 days later even with Auckland in lockdown and has been sitting in their warehouse ever since. Apparently delivery has been attempted twice but no card to call has been left and they couldn't tell me why the driver took in back to the depot, not once but twice.... if I could give zero stars I would.

Delivered a 600kg pallet without calling to check if we would be home. They left it blocking out garage - we obviously can't move it on our own. When we called them about it - we were told "too bad", they were so uncaring. Absolute a-holes. I won't be giving them any business in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package delivered to courier over night and been sitting with courier for 6 days, since 14th. delivery promised 3 days ago said with driver still no delivery despite a second call. they have since changed the delivery update to make it look better for them. previously they have delivered to wrong address once and we had to go to their depot to uplift another parcel and found they also had an old one that had already been replaced through non delivery, all pre covid. yet the opposition can deliver from usa within 3 days. Although our parcel had the wrong address it still wasnt delivered until 4pm on 20th

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in urgent need of a package. Went to their Mount Maungnui depot and found friendly helpful staff who found my package and personally handed it to me with a smile. Very impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, one of two courier companies that ALWAYS leaves my parcels in the driveway, rain or shine, even if I leave clear instructions to deliver it to our front door. Customer service clearly couldn't care less about your complaints either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too echo others experience, super slow delivery!! I could see by the website tracking when the parcel arrived in Tauranga.. Then the updates stopped and parcel languished. Multiple calls later it was delivered but I would give -5 stars if I could. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. 100% useless. Worst customer service ever parcel with courier for delivery Monday. Tuesday morning I call as parcel is needed by Tuesday night for my daughter's production. Assured 100% it would be here today. By 4.30 still not here call again ohh the courier has finished for the night. But will deliver it tomorrow. I called in the morning I ordered over a week ago to stop this from happening. They picked the parcel up in papamoa I live 20 mins from here but couldn't get there during their opening hours so 3 days with the courier so far to deliver 10 mins away and when i rang the Tauranga office they were rude and sarcastic and told me to come pick the parcel up myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years iv had parcels sent to me via PBT (not my choice) some arrive, some sit in the warehouse for days and
Some of the parcels even delivered to the wrong address, the address is always clear and correct so I have not idea how they manage to get this wrong.
Wouldn't recommend this crew.
Id stick with nz post or nz couriers.
