★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my daughter's and I went here for a treat day out. The service and care given to us was outstanding. I've never had a pedicure before and was in total bliss as the team made me feel special and taken care of whilst also having my nails done. I wanted to say a huge thank you and can't wait to return for another treat day out with my girls ❤ thanks to all the staff that made our day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and uncaring customer service ! They tried to persuade me quite strongly to go for then more expensive option but I just wanted the normal French mani for $ 35. I was left to soak my nails for more than 20 minutes and no one attended to me or spoke to me - I removed my nails from the cold water and waited . The technician was quite abrupt in her manner - I have given an extra star as the end result was not bad . She finished and lowered the reading lamp on my hand to dry the nails and I asked if she could use the infra red nail dryer - there were three lying around and she said I’m not allowed as I opted for the cheaper option . The manner was quite unfriendly and patronizing . Not the first time I’ve got my nails done and never experienced this behavior. Every other salon I’ve visited has used the infra red to dry.
Plenty of salons to choose from - don’t visit this one as they do need to learn some respect for customer and need training in customer service.

I went with my step daughter and the three technicians did not speak to us at all but argued and talked amongst ourselves as though we were not there. Main technician got annoyed when I did not agree to an upset of gel nails for my 10 year old step daughter. My gel manicure was not the color I chose and was bubbled and puckered when complete. Salon was messy and untidy. Very disappointing as I'd wanted to arrange a special day. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great salon, perfect job, lovely staff! The only word of caution :try and book your appointment in advance, if possible, as they can be just swarmed with work! I am client of this place for already 2 years and very happy with them! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the best manicure I’ve had in a long time here last week (see pic, love the cool feature nail)! Every manicure I’ve had here (probably 30 now) has lasted so well, the service is great, and coming in always brightens my day! Before finding this salon I tried almost every other salon in the CBD. A great spot for manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel, powder and in a great location that’s perfect for your lunch break if you work in the cbd !
The first photo (pink nails) is where I started when I first came in and now I’ve got healthy long nails (second pic) thanks to The royal nail team ??thanks Hien, Kim, Maria and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I’ve ever been, I have tried to contact for a refund but have yet to reach them.
Edit 3: it’s been less than 2 weeks, no fingernails left and my actual nails are in bits, totally destroyed. My pedicure while still on, the gel polish is cracking and lifting.
Edit 2: it’s been 9 days and I have 3 nails left, the rest have fallen off
Edit: it’s been a week and my nails are starting to fall off and I have taken good care of them.
I wish I had read the reviews before coming here, I was in town and felt like treating myself to a pedicure so popped in here as it’s near my work, I was instantly bullied into an upgrade to gel nails too, I reluctantly agreed as why not, if it’s good it’d be handy being close to work. It all went downhill from there, like another person said 3 ladies did my procedures all at the same time and did not speak to me, ( normally I do like to be left alone) but they only spoke each other in a different language. It was so awkward and not one bit relaxing. It felt like let’s get this done and maximise profit and get her pet asap. My nails are still feeling very uncomfortable, they’re sore and some of my cuticles were bleeding. The one positive is that the colour and length of my nails was good. It was far too expensive for the experience, I don’t recommend and will never go back.

I am very fussy about how I like my nails done, and I find the staff working there extraordinarily friendly. They do a fabulous job every time I go and see them. I fully recommend this wonderful nail salon! Thank you for all the great work you do!
