★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best cured meats in Nelson. Simply love the fennel salami & the smoked chicken. Occasionally they have some perfectly smoked salmon. Check them out at the Nelson Farmers Market on Saturday or Motueka Market on Sunday.

Stored in the kitchen.
Two weeks later black mould was growing over them.
Took them back to replace and was told that they were supposed to look like this..... in europe.
5 stars from the dog though :)
