β β β β β What an amazing place to take the children too. There was plenty to do for all ages.we had Delicious food and drinks. The whole experience was affordable and the staff were lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend the shearer quarters ?

I miss going to this place! Great food, lovely service, relaxing atmosphere and great place to take the kids, whether the weather is good or bad! Can't wait to be able to return

β β β β β Great wee spot, made the trip from chch with 3 kids age 12 to almost 18. They all had a great time. Mini golf was fun, friendly animals and the maze was challenging. Great way to spend a couple of hours. We had hot drinks but didn't eat.

β β β β β A fabulous spot for lunch with small people - fun playground, heaps of space and lots of other activities - you could stay all day if you wanted to! And only $2 for a wee bag of food and a chance to pay all the VERY friendly farm animals - we'll be back for sure

β β β β β Visited the shears Quarters today, what a great family environment. They have a wonderful selection of animals that can be hand feed. And the mini golf is a challenge and alot of laughs.
The staff are extremely friendly and one can have a good laugh.
Great coffee and food, something for everyone. I really enjoyed our visit.

β β β β β Love this place, owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are also great with the kids which is awesome as it makes them feel welcome also. Awesome food and coffee, love the couring in pages for the kids. The animals are always happy and looked after. The kids enjoy being able to buy animal food and feed them, get a look close up. Them have a wee treat at the end. Keep up the good work team.

β β β β β First time being here for quite sometime. Food was ohkay. The worse part about the experience was the customer service was poor. Quite rude and didn't feel welcomed. Didn't ask for our vaccine pass nor was the staff member wearing a mask ? if the customer service was a friendlier rating wouldn't be this low. It felt like they didn't want customers who were willing to pay for the experience ?
