Got an item engraved which they miss spelt and had to wait while they ordered a new one (3weeks) later, Missed a very important day was unable to gift as an anniversary present. ? very disappointed. They did not discuss fonts or sizing of any sort and no apologize was said. And still had to pay full amount with no sort of discount.
