★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely delicious food, but the service is absolutely terrible. They are always running behind on orders, and when I say behind I mean 30-60 minutes behind. Meant to collect at 7.15pm tonight and it's been almost an hour standing on the street waiting. Time to sort out your ordering system people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Mother’s Day dinner via Uber eats. Order still hadn’t arrived after 2 hours with the restaurant phone out of order. After I queried the driver he said the place was too busy and he had no confidence the delivery would ever happen. Then Uber cancelled the order citing a problem. Ruined Mother’s Day dinner for our family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame , hear the food is really good but waited two hours and still my order was in the queue like the other 20 or so people waiting .! Those poor front of house girls were doing their best , time to get your system organised or people will have had enough .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used this place four or five times over the last year or so but no more. The food is average, maybe 3 star, but they are almost always longer than they say they will be and you have to wait for your order. Not just 10 mins either. Tonight was over 30 min wait after the time we were told, and we ordered online over an hour before that! I feel sorry for the poor counter staff that have to front this shambles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen such a shoddy ordering service. Multiple times now, placing an order online for a timed slot we haven’t received our food up to an hour later. Stood outside the store for an hour being given inaccurate time promises… saw several waiting customers asking for refunds tonight due to wait times.
Annoyingly, the food is really good! Doubt we’ll be back though, not worth wasting half my evening for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Thai food I've had in a very long time. Full of flavour. Great balance of sweet, sour & salty. The best massaman lamb curry I've tasted in a long time. The ingredients taste fresh. The duck melted in your mouth. Curry puffs were perfection. This is definitely my new go to.
