★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to share with everyone what a really pleasant time I had at The Tool Shed in Woolston. If I owned a business with staff, I would want this employee called Jesse on my team, this gentleman was doing everything, everything correct (and I am not wanting perfection everytime I enter a retail store) as I got a friendly greeting at the door, Jesse asked if I needed any help, in which I replied that I was just killing a bit of time. I happily walked around the store, and I realised I needed a abrasion pad to clean my bobbin and belt sander, I couldn't see any and I wandered back over to the counter an asked Jesse if he had any (I just call them sand paper cleaners and probably didn't explain it very well), he didn't seem to think they had them but then he decided to just check if they did and showed me an abrasion pad, it was what I was looking for. Although Jesse is paid to do this, ya know....just doing his job, it really mean't a lot to me how he came across. So in a professional capacity, I'd trust this guy, just really nice to deal with, as all of the staff are there. To be honest, it's bloody good to know that you have staff that are really keen to help you, because there are a lot of other businesses that do not help, no greeting when you walk in, it is not a case of thinking that we all need the red carpet rolled out for us when frequenting where ever we do our shopping, but, I was oh so impressed with Jesse, it really mean't a lot to me, as I told him this. If a retailer has all the bells and whistles (great products to buy) it means absolutely nothing if you cannot supply great service.

When entering and exiting the store the staff always greet you and thank you. They were so kind to sell me a Dewalt tool chest at the end of the promotion and I am super thrilled as I know the promotion had just ended. I actually saw these on the first day of the promotion and should have brought back then. But this is the reason why I will keep coming back due to their great service.
All in all, the store has an excellent range of tools to suit all budgets and needs. Many thanks keep up the great work!
