★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliantly fixed my Proton amplifier, bringing it up to spec. They forgot to put the side screws back upon reassembly, but I had so much fun on an e-scooter fetching them, that I couldn't knock down a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our 60" LG plasma TV in to get fixed, would just turn itself off as soon as I turned it on! Weird. Charged $60 inspection fee upfront noting that if we went ahead it would be deducted from the final bill. Received a call the next day saying that there was a lot of old cracked or broken solder joints (TVs getting old now!) and they would re-solder the whole lot. Picked TV up at the end of that same day, cost $247 in total. Minus the $60. So paid additional $187. TV works again : ) ) Yippie!! I thought that was pretty good service. I was not expecting to get the thing back the next day. Very happy with that. One of the biggest reasons that I went to this place is the online reviews; Much better than some of the other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Samsung TV that failed during warranty, and it was sent to The TV Service Centre for a warranty assessment on behalf of the retailer. The TV Service Centre staff said the fault was physical damage, even though the TV was placed in the same area since new and NO ONE had touched it, so the claim of physical damage was false. They were unable to provide any conclusive proof of physical damage.
The staff were rude and arrogant and provided us with no support on what was clearly a manufacturer's defect, and then they had the nerve to charge us an assessment fee. This disreputable company took the side of Samsung as they clearly have no regard for customers.

Our TV broke down (sound but no picture). Glen made contact with me to check the TV.
Glen inspected the TV and recommended to take the TV to the shop to get the treatment required.
Same day I received a call from Glen advising me that the TV has been fixed and requesting a suitable time to deliver the TV back.
Glen possesses a great personality, shown professionalism & delivered an excellent service.
