β β β β β The warehouse, the warehouse where veryone gets a bargain. They come in rich they go out poor, that's why it's called the rip off store! Also I wish that you could adopt/ trade your kids there because then it would have everything!

β β β β β Friendly store. Staff are a bit sparse but they have a good range of products. The entrance to the store could be improved a lot, it's like a bottle-neck and can be difficult to get in/out even with just a few customers coming through. Would hate to imagine in the event of a fire!

β β β β β We drove from Cromwell to Alexandra specifically to this store which was recommended by friends to pick up some cold weather under layers. We found exactly what we needed at pretty reasonable prices, assisted by some very helpful staff. Good experience

β β β β β We visited your store on Saturday. Not many checkouts open for such a busy day, waited 10 minutes in line, finally was our turn and you closed the check out. Thanks for warning us you were closing it, we would have waited in another line. Luckily another staff member realised that customer service is important and called someone to take over your checkout. I understand it gets busy, but you really need enough staff to serve customers.

β β β β β Went to the Alexandra store today (Saturday) to buy my neice a birthday present. Stood and waited at the jewellery counter for 15 minutes with a screaming 18 month old. Looking around there were 3 staff in the customer service desk, and 2 on checkouts, one of the checkout ladies kept leaving and walking around cleaning, each time my thought was she's coming over to serve me but no.. So I thought maybe you line up and ask for what you'd like when you pay as I had some other things in my trolley to pay for. But no, I was told "no one is serving on that counter today" which I replied "so it's closed?" and she just repeated herself. Then said I'll get someone then, watching her walk over, 2 other staff looked over at me and rolled their eyes. At that point I was done. Such a waste of my time.

β β β β β I came there 3 times and use The Warehouse app to scan the Membership code to get promotion but the staffs always say "I'm not sure you can use it" or "It's just for online shopping". But the App said I can use it in store.

β β β β β really good, has lots of stuff and lots of toys for kids. Has a good selection of clothing for both male and females. for the gamers it has a wide range of games and movies, and also headphones and accessory's for gamers. it has different stuff then the one in Dunedin and Frankton in Queenstown however they have a lot more stock and variety of stuff
