★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This Warehouse has a lot of things that other branches don't have on stock. Plus the furniture area is really well organized and also samples are being displayed which gives the customer the idea if it would fit right into their home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much has changed here, seems like the standard of some of their items have changed. For example their basic range of tee shirt and shoes aren't as good a quality as they used to be. The interior of the store could do with a spruce up, however the staff are helpful and friendly as always.

I just wanna let you know that the best ever customer service I received after being in New Zealand for many years. It was 'John' the guy at the electronics department offered me excellent service when I went in to get something. He was so patient, willing to help and all in his smiles. He was staying there with me even pushing his break for another 10-15 minutes to help me with the purchase. Genesis, the young boy with him did a great job too. Highly appreciated guys. You guys are awesome and made my day.. thanks very much for the wonderful feeling of being cared..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality stuffs in affordable price. If you don't wanna spend so much money on your purchase, then Warehouse might be an option for you. Can get everything for our living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Try this :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Mobile Alcatel 1B 16GB 4G - Black for click&collect, Saturday a week ago, for collection after 6pm. About 6pm was messaged that it was not ready and "we'll be in touch within 24 hours". Nothing heard until 4 days later. At collection, I asked the staff member to check whether promised "free $16 combo SIM" was in the package. No it was not, and referred to another staff to supply it, and they dropped it into the box. After getting home found that the SIM came with only "$5 Credit", which I now see sells for $1. Their website doesn't even say what I get for this great token of their generosity, except for 5GB bonus when I bring my own number. Seriously underwhelmed by their "service".
