★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ok when we stayed the night at the Norfolk motel my friends and I realised we had no change of clothes and panties toothbrush etc for the night and needed these before it closed. Was a nice store workers aren't very friendly though not too sure about now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service and a smile would not go astray for some of the staff. It is a shame as others have been very helpful and friendly. The older lady who usually operates at the customer service desk is very rude. I hope improvements are made.
