★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went early this Sunday morning, I think that was a mistake. Went to TV counter waited while watching two "team members" discussing stock literally less than two metre from me, so after an unacceptable wait to be served I wandered down to the fridge department they had small bar fridges on sale, great, so I asked an assistant if I could see one as they were in cartons maybe a broucher or could show me a pic on the internet, na too much trouble. So back to the TV department to be faced with a sign, closed. So off to main service reception to be greeted by a yawning extremely bad breathed assistant not very responsive, no smile no hello, I Wanted to see the TV I wanted going, this also too was a great hastle, and to confirm the model I wanted was the one I was watching I was left on my own to turn the TV around on the shelf to check the model number, TV was extremely dusty and messed up my Sunday best clothes, PS also have just had back surgery, couldn't read model number no one still to serve me, ok so off to get a fish smoker...out of stock, wanted pool noodles none to be seen! Off to Noel Leamings bought two 32" TVs and a fridge. Hey you guys "team members" when you become redundant due to closure due to unhappy customers not using The Warehouse, do not say no one told you so, very very unsatisfactory experience, PS my TVs and fridge purchased from Noel leamings are great. You guys suck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff aren't particularly friendly but awesome deals! We've bought a DVD player for $30 there twice!!!!! Awesome when you're staying at a farm and sick of playing monopoly/connect four!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we were at the warehouse Levin just shopping having a blast and trying on some clothes that we were keen on buying then we went to leave the changing room and some grumpy old staff member yells at us for trying on clothes and not taking in the right amount of clothing but this was not true. She also yelled and accused us for leaving a mess and then watched us until we walked out the shop. I do NOT appreciate being yelled at for doing nothing wrong and just been a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping there is great. But was very disappointed hearing a staff member being rude to my sister all because she was asking for an item that was out of reach. If this is how customers get treated then we may look into going else where to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a click and collect it took a week and only got half of the order then over a week later another part of their order arrived the email told me to pickup as soon as possible when I go top pick up I am told to wait in the queue I ordered pick and collect so i didn't have to wait in line due to health reasons
Won't be a returning customer shame on you the warehouse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to get Halloween costumes and they only had one rack of Halloween things and there was only three costumes and two of them were adult costumes of you are going to get Halloween stuff don't go to the Levin branch!
