★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today sugar free ice blocks and were told by customer service that there was 42 packets. Went to the shelf and there was nothing. Certainly members of your staff didn't even know that you carry the sugar free stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Warehouse Masterton is one of the larger of the Warehouse stores I have encountered. They have lots of stuff displayed in an orderly manner. We were able to find exactly what we needed quickly and the prices were excellent. A great resource for the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Warehouse was once a place you could go to find some good bargains and parallel imports. Now prices are not so competitive. The staff are OK and will help out when required. Place is usually warm in winter and well lit. There is self checkout if you want to use that.

Staff always helpful when one can find someone but thats a fact of life in most stores these days. Only thing I miss is the extra space now taken up by that other store muscling in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to The Warehouse in Masterton three times recently and have been struck by the 'good vibe' welcome from the attendant at the front door. It didnt stop there; other staff were genuinely helpful, polite and kind.
The Warehouse Masterton is doing an excellent job with its customer service delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Louise in the blue shirt at the stationary counter was deliberately belligerent when I was paying for a PS4 game for my son in gift cards that he had been given for Christmas. She'd scan and say the card had nothing on it, but they did. I had to repeatedly tell her to scan again and I was again told there was nothing on the cards... but when she scanned again they magically had funds on them. She made absolutely no apology or anything. She was rude, eye rolls, finger taps on counter and gave blank stares when I was telling her they have money on them. I made sure I did the purchasing because I have had terrible service at that counter before and I didn't want a child to get confused and upset because someone serving was having a bad day. Louise, isn't doing the team any favors, it might be time she looked for a new job that's not in customer relations.

Very Disappointing
I usually buy most of my consumables from the warehouse, however this purchase was very disappointing. After having the bike professionally assembled the very low quality was made very clear. When using the front brakes, the forks literally flex backwards, the frame is very flimsy, it is not even close to the frame size it says it is. The selectors are so cheap I will be surprised if they last a 6 months and over all the brakes are inadequate. I wouldn't reccomend this bike, especially for an adult. I'm not even sure if I will ride it as it's quality makes it unsafe to do so.. wasted purchase and will be considering other shops for other purchases as the customer service was zero when expressing my concerns.
