friendly and helpful. I certainly will not be spending my hard earned money there again as long as she is there. Her rudeness has cost that particular shop more than hundreds of dollars a fortnight.?

Disappointed by 1 very rude male customer who tried to brow beat a young lady at the customer service desk, but was totally impress with the smooth and firm way in which she answered him. I must add that he also threatened the young lady with Consumer act. Totally confident young lady, firm and polite. She had just finished talking with me in regard to my exchange items. Big tick to Warehouse staffer.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned to the store today to exchange some clothing. I was not sure whether or not I would be able to do this. The staff member at the check out (I won't name her here, but have provided her name to the Warehouse through feedback) was pleasant and friendly, enquiring as to how she may help me. She immediately reassured me that she was able to exchange my items and even went above and beyond by ordering another hoodie in the size that I needed. She was so nice and an absolute gem to deal with. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this branch & their staff. Despite the ongoing stock shortages that many businesses are facing due to Covid, the Oamaru branch keep their shelves as stocked as possible. The store is nice and tidy & the staff are brilliant. Well done team. Keep up the great work.
