★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy gaming consoles from here especially when they have discounts they like to sell faulty returned items as brand new unopened bought an xbox one s just after timaru hailstorm turns out the xbox and the controller were faulty stil waiting to here back waste of 300 bucks and the months free xbox live codes in the box had also been used which they refused to replace i reported them to Microsoft and they wernt happy they replaced the free codes free of charge but couldnt replace the xbox as it was the warehouse ltd responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-ordered a game for click and collect. After a week of waiting from the release date I got in contact with them. Throughout the next 20 days of being told that they would get back to me in 48 hours, I'm told that it would be processed within the next 2-4 working days. 4 days up I get an email saying they are no longer able to fulfil the request here's a refund and free shipping on your next product valid 1 month for small items. If I was told they didn't have the product at any point when I contacted them I would of been able to source it from elsewhere. But now its out of stock everywhere. One of the worst online order experience I have received and fully disappointed with their customer service.
