β β β β β Didnβt tell us our drinking e.coli test is POSITIVE!!! over 200!!! Thinkwater were told by the lab from the on Saturday morning. Itβs now Thursday they had my contact details and still say thereβs no results.

Also means you receive reports much faster and direct plus save at least $20 solely by dropping it in yourself. I have notified IMMEDIATELY of positive e.coli result.
Edit - this is not the first time I had issues with tests through think water. Samples are to be collected in sterile bottles (yellow or blue if has bleach) and kept cool out of direct sunlight. Think water have been given chilly packs to loan to clients for water collection. Also used the microlene, did not work, 5lt in 30,000lt and still positive for e.coli and coli forms.
PS your business is open Saturday morning. Your staff should have been honest by saying they couldnβt give me results and to contact farm owner instead of lying and saying there were no results especially as I was contacted with previous tests.
Pity youβre not as fast responding to calls and emails as you responding to negative google review.

β β β β β I use this shop to buy my stuff for the pool. All good, service ok. However, in November 2021, I wanted to order a pool cover made to size, someone came out to measure it. I had one discussion in December with the sales person as the manufacturer wanted him to remeasure some of the measurements. To date (25 May 2022), I am still waiting for him to come in to re-check the measurements and the final quote.
