★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our production company engaged Thomas Consultants to prepare, submit and oversee our Resource Consents for location filming sites including land use for large scale earthworks, filming activity, bridge building and railway crossings.
We utilised an extensive range of specialist disciplines (planning, engineering, surveying) within Thomas which made for a seamless process and minimised the need for involvement from additional consultancies.
Thomas were very flexible in their approach to our complex Consent requirements.
Their staff, and in particular Neeta Deo, have a huge depth of experience across Council and the private sector and this made for smooth process, particularly considering our needs were constantly evolving and with some very tight timelines.
Neeta’s planning experience, cost control, and her ability to effectively lobby Council, proved to be invaluable and I cannot speak highly enough of her’s and Thomas' professionalism.
I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
