β β β β β The reception lady was rude I couldn't end up getting an appointment how she rudely spoke on the phone.the hospital sent me to them and she turned me away. Is there any medical doctors that will help as I am worried f or my health

β β β β β After 3 attempts to call in I was told I can't book an appointment as I am registered somewhere else so I can call whoever I'm registered to for a video appointment instead. Otherwise I can come down, re-register & then try to book an appointment. Nothing but sass from Tracey on the phone.

β β β β β Dr Holdaway goes above and beyond for the care of my father. I am amazed and grateful for the top level of care she is able to provide him.
I only wish he had changed to Three Rivers Health earlier. Thank you! :)

β β β β β This establishment has continued to avoid, mistreat, and insult my partner's needs and requirements. Do not attend if you struggle with mental health issues and medications related to this, as they don't understand.
A particular receptionist, which I don't know her name as she doesn't answer the phone with it, has serious attitude and isn't helpful at all.
Will not be recommending this doctors office to anyone.

Is very disappointing they won't let you take ?your hand bag in with you they have a photo with no bags but its a photo of a backpack not a handbag they won't get a good enough resnon why I can't take my handbag in with me. my partner had a appointment at 6.30pm an it's 6.47pm an has not been seen yet they make you wait hours in your car this is not good enough.
My doctor is in tinwald is way better than 3 rivers health now. 6.53pm my partner go,s in for doctor's appointment . But the doctor does not give me a good reason why no handbags allowed any types of bags are allowed with you when you go to the doctors there what happens if you were walking and you had your bag or you had a baby with you and you had a baby bag and your handbag they were not let you go in with those bags so I would have to say in my experience do not pick three rivers as a doctors you'll never see the same doctors you see a different one each time. Tinwald doctors are way better is least I have a doctor that I see all the time the same one.
