★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are fantastic and very helpful; the only problem I've had is ordering a repeat script- being told it will be ready that afternoon, and coming in to find it hasn't been done and I can pick it up tomorrow. Rinse and repeat for two or three days-- especially troublesome when the medication is essential to my day to day functionality. If there were a text system in place to notify that a script is ready that would help a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My interaction with both the Dr's and the nurses has been great. The nurses actually superb. And I've seen a lot of them. Reception I think is sadly lacking, some of them are really nice, some of them are very clinical. That's fine, but I don't understand why the phones are shut off at least 10 minutes before closing. The website says shuts at 8. The answerphone says shut. Shut. Shut. That pisses me off when I just want to make an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very frustrating system that seems to go on here. Not only are you made to feel like u don't matter but if you want an appointment be prepared to be sick for at least 2-3 weeks because that's when a Doctor may be available but if they can shove you you on to a phone consultation then pay your your Doctor's fees thank you for nothing, how can a Doctor take your Temp over the phone?, How can they see how swollen your feet are, over the phone? Seriously something in wrong here this is the worst Medical Centre ice come across in my entire life. Just waited 48 minutes for a call to be answered so I drive to the Med Centre to book a Doctor's appointment only to be told only if it Urgent can they book a Doctor What on earth... Of which I replied well I guess I'll go home wait till it's Urgent & then go to a hospital because at least a Doctor will physically see me.... Sooo worried about COVID I understand but we've had no cases here seems more lik a revenue gathering tact to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a zero star. Rushed my 6yro in who was having his first ever anaphylactic reaction as they were the closest medical help however we were turned away as he was not registered there. We were not offered any help or support ie ambulance or doctor/nurse advice. I rushed him to emergency department who took him straight through after one glance of him and administered medicine to get all his swelling down. Will be taking this complaint further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical centre I have attended in over 30 years. Can’t get a reliable GP due to a large staff overturn. Long wait times. Bad communication. Phones don’t even work today and can’t make an appointment or enter the premises without a phone call. Last time I checked Covid doesn’t affect communications so no excuse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use if you need a PCR test for International Travel. I paid an exorbitant price for the test and I was told I would receive the results within 24 hours or by lunchtime the next day. I still have not received my results and will now not be able to board my international flight. The rude reception staff told me it was out of their hands and there was nothing they could do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to make an appointment over the phone for my partner who is from out of town. Hed been sick for 4 days, I asked if I could make an appointment and the receptionist just said no you cant bring him here he might be contagious, and was super rude about it. Just gave me major attitude and for what? I wouldnt be making an appointment if my partner wasn't sick. Called again later to ask for an appointment over the phone because I couldnt book in anywhere else, and she couldnt be bothered registering him over the phone so just said no. Would've been happy to pay the casual fee too. Why do you need to be rude, what do you get out of being horrible? I took my partner to the hospital the next day and they said they're used to hearing that about three Rivers and took good care of my partner who had gastro.. Skip the doctor, go straight to the hospital if you're sick. Unbelievable. Coming from a being a medical receptionist myself, I would NEVER talk to someone the way she did. she needs to be fired.
