He discussed all the options with me including the pros and cons of each option. He didn't force anything and kept the cost low for me while also covering all my needs and not cutting any corners. Highly recommend Steve and Thrive.

Steve responded straight away and come to ours to chat with us within 2 days, Steve worked with us to explain our policy and made the changes we needed. We have dealt with Steve for the last 2 years and find him to be extremely honest, easy to talk to and genuinely wants to do his best for Thrive customers. We have been with Thrive for 7 years now and would happily recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lana Smith was such a huge help when my Dad passed away. She sorted out all of the paper work and Insurance claims for us so that we could grieve without the added stress. Lana is caring, empathetic and went above and beyond all expectations. We could not have done this without her. She made it such a smooth process, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism.
I highly recommend Lana if you need help with anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know anything about insurance until Teena Dela Cruz introduced the value of having an insurance.She is very helpful and explain in a way I could understand the benefits of having an insurance. I'm very grateful for having her as my insurance adviser because she always care for her customers. She's very responsive and easy to talk with. I highly recommend this insurance company because they will look for the right coverage for your insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with these brokers now for about 7 years. Our policies have been reviewed regularly and adjusted to the most cost effective plans without sacrificing our families needs. The expertise advice we have experienced has been second to none, I even have friends in the industry who have are impressed with the support we have received over the years. We have been on claim before, which was of course not an ideal situation but the cover we had was amazing and we felt so well cared for and supported. It was so easy, we didn’t have to do much but we receive payments just as was outlined in the policies, no surprises, reluctance or push backs of any form. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Trust worthy, knowledgeable and caring. Just what you need in an insurance advisor. I’ve always spent the time to get to know our insurance policies and these guys were all too willing to help me to really understand our policies and help us get everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. It’s not an area that should be taken lightly so ensure you choose wisely.
