Thurston Consulting Ltd (TCL) was formed in 1973 in Christchurch New Zealand. Since then, TCL has evolved and grown into a highly skilled set of engineers providing mechanical and sustainable engineering services including condition assessments for construction companies, architects, property owners, property managers, developers, and project managers.

We also have qualified sustainability engineers that can provide Green Star and Home Star consulting services and assessments for your project.
